    Hy Cite Enterprises, LLC (referred to herein as “Enterprises”, “we”, “us” and “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Statement sets forth our current privacy practices with regard to the information we collect when you or your computer interact with the Dinner4Two website. By accessing Facebook.com/dinner4two (collectively, the “Site”) or participating in honeymooners related promotional sites, you acknowledge and fully understand Enterprise’s Privacy Statement and freely consent to the information collection and use practices described in this Website Privacy Statement.

    Related services and offerings with links from this website, including vendor sites, have their own privacy statements that can be viewed by clicking on the corresponding links within each respective website. However, since we do not have direct control over the policies or practices of participating merchants and other third parties, we are not responsible for the privacy practices or contents of those sites.     Enterprises collects certain information from and about its users three ways: directly from our Web Server logs, the user, and with Cookies.

    • a. Web Server Logs.

      When you visit our Website, we may track information to administer the site and analyze its usage. Examples of information we may track include:

      • State or country from which you accessed the site.

    • d. California Privacy Rights

      Under California’s "Shine the Light" law, California residents who provide personal information in obtaining products or services for personal, family or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us once a calendar year information about the customer information we shared, if any, with other businesses for their own direct marketing uses. If applicable, this information would include the categories of customer information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared customer information for the immediately prior calendar year (e.g. requests made in 2012 will receive information regarding 2011 sharing activities).
